Advisor position in Årdal Development (100%)

Do you want to help develop the business community in Årdal and contribute to growth in Vestland?

Årdal Development is looking for a new advisor to help further develop the business sector in Årdal municipality. We work every day to create the best possible conditions for a high quality of life, good educational opportunities and new jobs in a varied and future-oriented business sector.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in community development in some of the following work areas below:

Sustainability/green transition . This will be a key point and is the basis for future industrial development in Årdal and at the regional level.
Entrepreneurship/frontline service . You will be responsible for advising entrepreneurs and facilitating small and large businesses to ensure a varied and diverse business community.
Tourism. You are welcome to have experience or education in tourism. We have concrete action plans with a goal of further developing tourism in the municipality at a sustainable level.
Reputation building . You are likely to be good at communication. We will profile the good work we do locally and regionally. Networking, communication and representation are important areas for us.
Project work . If you have experience in project work, it is an advantage. Much of our work is project-related together with other local and regional actors.
