Årdal Technology Park has a modern and attractive office environment, with facilities for permanent tenants and leases.
The building has an auditorium for 70 people and many meeting rooms of various sizes. Årdal Technology Park also has a state-of-the-art training factory with a bio-lab, 3D printers, a welding robot and a Festo factory.
Årdal Visitor Center is also located here with Årdal's industrial history, as well as its own departments for technology and sustainability within aluminum production.
Årdal Technology Park is a result of Årdal Utvikling's "innovation and competence strategy" adopted in the Strategic Industrial Plan 2017 - 2020. Årdal Technology Park is a tool for creating an arena for competence and innovation, developing meeting places through the establishment of networks and taking a regional role in industrial development.
