New master's program “Flexindøk”

We look forward to further collaboration on the new master's program "Flexindøk" at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) which starts in 2026!
Årdal Utvikling is collaborating with Norsk Hydro and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) to develop an exciting and flexible master's degree in industrial economics in Sogndal.

Representatives from various faculties at HVL, Årdal Utvikling and Norsk Hydro gathered for a workshop in April to hear more about future competence needs in Årdal and at Norsk Hydro, which provided much inspiration for further work on the new education. The study will focus on economic and technological challenges in the production sector with internship periods in the companies. The curriculum will be updated continuously based on the needs of the companies, which will also be perfect as further education for employees.

We are excited about the further development of the study and look forward to contributing input on the needs of businesses in the future.
